Are you ready to experience nature-based wellness like never before? Join us for an hour of Forest Bathing sessions at Thames Chase. Our comprehensive therapeutic approach to forest bathing has been developed in partnership with universities, professors, doctors, and scientists across the UK. In the winter, there is an option to enjoy cacao before & after the session, while in the summer, we end the session with foraged herbal tea. Come and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature!

Cancellation Policy
Please try to ensure you can commit to a group of sessions prior to booking so that classes run smoothly for both of us! For cancellations, please contact me directly using any of the 'contact me' options. I will do my best to reschedule a maximum of one session, but this will be dependant on spaces in future sessions. To cancel a group of sessions please contact me directly within 72 hours (3 days) of the first session so that I may offer them to waiting list clients and I will do my best to reschedule the group sessions in the following months.
