We always find time for mediation (savasana) at the start and end of the class, yogic breathing techniques and a mantra.
Fo this class you will need a yoga mat.
What if i want to try it out first?
Contact me!
I think you will love my yoga classes but if you are not sure if you will like it book a free taster (availability if there is space in a class) If it wont let you book, we are full! But please feel free to email me as sometimes I have cancellations. Sometimes I will need to let you know on the morning of the class but we can keep in touch by email and I will try to accommodate you. If you wish to continue, booking a block is the best option as it secures you a weekly space & works out around £10 per class, and £12.50 drop ins should be available too, bookable online, depending on how many are booked onto the block. Again, if it wont let you book we are full but contact me as I often have drop outs on the afternoon of the class.

Life is a rollercoaster, that's why you have chosen yoga! If you have booked a block and let me know within 24 hours I will do my best to add you onto the class following the block, assuming there is space! Or we can discuss a reduced payment for the next block. If you are not able to make a class and only let me know just before a class I am afraid I cannot refund as I could have given that space to another yogi! Taster sessions can be also be re-booked online

What TO EXPECT
INDOOR/OUTDOOR SOUNDBATHS
Soundbaths are suitable for complete beginners. Studio 1 is a large, heated, ventilated space with dimmed and ambient lighting. A beautiful scent of Vrindavan incense is in the air during soundbath and you will be swept with the amazing healing herb sage as you enter the space. There are toilets available and parking is free in Sainsburys after 6.30pm for 1.5 hours. The soundbath usually involves gong, crystal healing bowls and other instruments as well as a background nature track or similar. In my soundbaths you will need to bring comfortable bedding as you will be laying down for almost an hour, and will be offered eye masks. Generally themed, I weave a healing guided meditation into the experience.
For this class you will need a yoga/camping mat, drink, blanket/sleeping bag.
For our magical outdoor soundbaths in nature, you will need the same as above but also extra layers and mosquito repellent.
You can move around quietly & you will be sent a waiver upon booking as soundbaths are not suitable for pregnancy or those with pacemakers or metal implants.
