I,m new to yoga post-pregnancy and i've been attending the Buddha Babes class with my noisy 5 month old. Chloe has made me feel really welcome and supported through the past few weeks. She explains the benefits to us and our babies. I'm really enjoying doing something for me again. I was unsure how it would go taking a baby along to class, but theres a nice balance of baby massage/yoga and yoga focused for the mums too.

Loved my preggy yoga classes with Chloe.. found them really useful & helped me prepare for the big day! Chloe really did look after me all the way through to week 39 & adapted the positions for me when I got pgp.. thanks Chloe..

Chloe has been teaching me and my sister for just under a year and look forward to the class every week. As well as a lovely relaxation session, the yoga is always varied and Chloe explains the positive effect is of each move. "Whether you are a total beginner of have some knowledge of yoga Chloe is the ideal teacher.  Although you are in a group Chloe treats you as individuals.  Yoga poses are tweaked if you have medical conditions so that you feel included.  Chloes calm and soothing voice at the beginning of the lesson helps you relax and breath.  We all need a little me time and as a busy mum herself Chloe can empathise with that.  I never fail to feel I have relaxed both my mind and body. Muscles feel toned and I even feel a little bit taller!I just wear leggings and a loose top so there is no financial commitment on that front. Finally, above all, Chloe makes me feel good about myself. It's so nice to "escape" my busy life!"

Her sessions are well thought out and it's evident they have been planned well. "I started pregnancy yoga with chloe when I was 15 weeks pregnant after a recommendation from a friend who she had been teaching yoga to and I'm still seeing her once or twice a week and I have my beautiful 9 week old Buddha baby with me. I found the yoga helped me stay positive and calm throughout my pregnancy which can be a worrying and scary time. The relaxation helped and I also felt like I was doing some exercise which I also enjoyed and didn't make me uncomfortable, I continued yoga up until a couple of days before I had my son and resumed a couple of weeks after he was born. I couldn't wait to get back. I really couldn't recommend chloe or her yoga enough. She has been an expectant mother practising yoga herself so she knows how you feel and adapts each class to benefit your needs. I had done some yoga before but nothing this relaxing. I don't know what I would have done without it during my pregnancy."
