Service Description
Experience deep relaxation and healing in this deep dive Workshop. Connect with your heart with our organic Cacao, your body through somatic breathwork, then immerse yourself in a guided meditation with a sound bath journey to a temple of healing. Unwind and rejuvenate with this transformative class. Breathwork has the ability to shift negative energy, realign the body, reduce anxiety, improve posture, focus & concentration, enhance health & happiness, and boost your vital energy. Since ancient times, sound has been used to heal the body. We delve into the healing properties of my Paiste symphonic gong, crystal healing bowls and other instruments that match the frequencies the body's organ vibrate at. This therapy incorporates a magical guided visualisation style meditation where this time we visit a healing temple. *Cacao offered free of charge at the start of our journey. *Optional healing on the body in this soundbath with the tibetan bowl (see add on). Join us as we reset, realign, readjust in a safe space. This workshop promises a fantastic culmination of movement, magic, sound and scent.

Cancellation Policy
Please try to ensure you can commit to a group of sessions prior to booking so that classes run smoothly for both of us! For cancellations, please contact me directly using any of the 'contact me' options. I will do my best to reschedule a maximum of one session, but this will be dependant on spaces in future sessions. To cancel a group of sessions please contact me directly within 72 hours (3 days) of the first session so that I may offer them to waiting list clients and I will do my best to reschedule the group sessions in the following months.
