Outdoor Soundbath 5/6/26
1 hour sound therapy, Langtons Walled Garden, Hornchurch 7.30pm with optional tibetan bowl healing
Service Description
Since ancient times sound has been used to facilitate healing. We will delve into the healing frequencies of gongs, singing bowls, and healing frequency with a 60 minute sound bath incorporating guided meditation bringing transcendental magic, sound and scent. In this soundbath you will have the option to receive 4 minutes healing on the body/near the head. This will incur payment as an add on, £5 each. This is an outdoor soundbath, please wear mosquito repellent and layers.

Cancellation Policy
Please try to ensure you can commit to a group of sessions prior to booking so that classes run smoothly for both of us! For cancellations, please contact me directly using any of the 'contact me' options. I will do my best to reschedule a maximum of one session, but this will be dependant on spaces in future sessions. To cancel a group of sessions please contact me directly within 72 hours (3 days) of the first session so that I may offer them to waiting list clients and I will do my best to reschedule the group sessions in the following months.
